WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY?
We offer FREE continental U.S. standard shipping on orders $100 and over (excluding taxes and promotions). For orders less than $100, there is a $8 flat rate shipping fee. For more detailed shipping and delivery information, click here.
*Applies to the continental U.S. only. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping rate of $8 for all orders - both above and below $100.
*Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. We'll let you know when that changes!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll also receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Please be aware that JUNIPER and YU assumes no responsibility if the delivery address is misspelled or submitted incorrectly. Please make sure to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since we aim to process orders right away, we're unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted. If you have any questions about your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
ARE THERE ANY SALES TAX?
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to Nevada. For orders shipped to others states, your state may require you to declare your purchases and pay the appropriate sales tax amounts to them directly.
DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS?
We offer discounts and exciting promotions, so be sure to sign up for email to receive notifications! Sale items and e-gift cards are excluded from any discounts.
Discount or promo codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. You must enter your code before submitting your order. Enter the code into the appropriate field that says ‘Enter promo code’ and click ‘add code’ to have the discount reflected in your order total. Promo codes and discounts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Our website can only apply one promo code per single order. Promo codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date. Unused and Unopened items can be returned for a full refund. Used or Opened items can be returned for store credit ONLY.
For Unused and Unopened items, email us at email@example.com to initiate a return and we’ll send you a free return shipping label. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for returns to be processed. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. Shipping charges incurred for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- All marked down (final sale) merchandise.
- Food items (teas, supplements, and etc.)
- All Gift Sets are final sale and ineligible for return.
- For sanitary reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE: All face & body tools, including - face mask brushes, face rollers, gua sha tools, and sleep eye masks.
We DO accept returns for:
- Skincare, bath & body, and hair care.

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products at this time.

Our list of brands uses safe, sustainable, and ethically sourced ingredients from around the world. Our product descriptions on our site list what the ingredients are, how they were sourced, and where they were manufactured. We stand by our commitment to never carry products with known harmful ingredients and we refuse to carry brands that test on our furry friends.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
