OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date.  

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, email us at hello@juniperandyu.com and we’ll send you a free return shipping label.  Please note that it can take up to 30 days for returns to be processed.  We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping costs.  

 

WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:

  • All marked down "Final Sale" merchandise.
  • Food items (Teas, Supplements, and etc.)
  • All Gift Sets are final sale and ineligible for return.
  • All Holiday & Seasonal Items are ineligible for return.
  • For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following products: Bar soaps, bath bombs, shower steamers, bath salts & soaks, all face & body tools, including - face mask brushes, face rollers, gua sha tools, face towels, face rounds, and sleep eye masks.


      WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:

      • Skincare, hair care items and bath & body care items that are not listed above. 

       

      PLEASE NOTE:

      • Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
      • You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
      • After your return is received, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment.

       

      EXCHANGE POLICY

      Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges on any of our products at this time. We'll let you know if that ever changes!
