OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date. Unused and Unopened items can be returned for a full refund. Used or Opened items can be returned for store credit ONLY.
OUR REFUND POLICY
For Unused and Unopened items, email us at email@example.com to initiate a return and we’ll send you a free return shipping label. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for returns to be processed. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. Shipping charges incurred for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- All marked down (final sale) merchandise.
- Food items (teas, supplements, and etc.)
- All Gift Sets are final sale and ineligible for return.
- For sanitary reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE: All face & body tools, including - face mask brushes, face rollers, gua sha tools, and sleep eye masks.
We DO accept returns for:
- Skincare, bath & body, and hair care.
- Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- After your return is received, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment.
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products at this time.
