WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY?

We offer FREE continental U.S. standard shipping on orders $100 and over (excluding taxes and promotions).  For orders less than $100, there is a $8 flat rate shipping fee. 

 

*Applies to the continental U.S. only.  Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping rate of $8 for all orders - both above and below $100.

 

*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.  We'll let you know when that changes!

  

WHEN DO YOU PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS?

Please note, we do not ship and/or deliver on weekends. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be dispatched. All orders received after 1pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. 

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since we aim to process orders right away, we're unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted. If you have any questions about your order, please email hello@juniperandyu.com.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer direct exchanges on any of our products at this time. 

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Not to worry.  If you received an order that was damaged during in transit, send us an email at hello@juniperandyu.com and we’ll be happy to help you. 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

The inventory on our site is updated daily, but sometimes due to high demand mistakes do happen and an item may be out of stock or unavailable. If you purchase a product that happens to be out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to see if you’d like us to still process the incomplete order (We will ship the remaining items at no extra charge when they become available.)  If not, we'll do whatever we can to help you find a replacement product.

 

ARE THERE ANY SALES TAX?

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to Nevada.  For orders shipped to others states, your state may require you to declare your purchases and pay the appropriate sales tax amounts to them directly.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure. Please be aware that JUNIPER and YU assumes no responsibility if the delivery address is misspelled or submitted incorrectly.  Please make sure to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate.
